Introduction

Jacinthe Mitchell:

Jacinthe Mitchell is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher dedicated to helping her students achieve inner peace, focus, and self-love. For over 10 years she has offered her teachings rooted in the YogaWorks method coupled with the vinyasa flow style of Ashtanga. Expect precise instructions delivered with loving kindness and often a touch of humor. Jacinthe’s mission is to foster freedom while encouraging each student to “be their best version of themselves”.

She provides an individualized path for practitioners to develop greater body awareness, connect deeply with intuition, engage their heart space, and ultimately come away feeling more connected than ever before. When she isn’t on her mat, Jacinthe can be found traveling, at Disneyland or at the beach, soaking up the sun in South OC.


Level 1-2:

These classes build greater strength, flexibility, and stamina, while still providing thorough instruction and options. Students will be exposed to subtler concepts within the practice, stronger and more challenging flow sequences, and begin learning more advanced poses including basic arm balances, backbends and inversions.
