Gilbert is a wellness educator who teaches movement, mindfulness and meditation. He works with students to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, other human beings and all of life. He is informed by an eclectic set of influences to bring an uplifting flow balancing flexibility, mobility, strength and of course, serenity.

One hour of pure bliss. Yin Yoga, infused with Restorative elements, supports lengthening, strengthening and rehabilitating connective tissue. It stimulates the movement of Chi, or Prana (life force) through the meridian lines, creating a feeling of lightness and ease.
