Allie is a dedicated yoga instructor with a background in gymnastics and dance, specializing in proper alignment, strength-building, and modern twists on traditional yoga practices. Teaching since 2020, she integrates Vinyasa, sculpt, and functional strength training to create dynamic, energizing classes. With an emphasis on posture awareness she helps students build confidence, flexibility, strength, and endurance in a safe, supportive environment. Beyond teaching, yoga is a deeply personal journey for Allie - a practice that challenges her physically while offering space for restoration and balance. She believes in the power of yoga to strengthen both body and mind, empowering herself and her students to move with awareness on and off the mat.
