Every revelation
of spiritual wisdom can be found in the ancient scriptures
of India, The Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras.
Dave has the wonderful ability to distill the essence of
these revered writings, making them imminently accessible,
practical and trasformational in day to day life. He is
an ongoing speaker at the Ramakrishna Temples of Southern
California, and has been a student of Indian philosopy at
the Vedanta Society of Southern California since 1995. Classes
are held at the
Montessori School at the Neighborhood Congregational Church,
340 St. Anns Dr., Laguna Beach.

Insight Meditation (Vipassana)

Insight Meditation
Society of Orange County. You are welcome to join us. We
are an eclectic group -- our interests are not confined
to the teachings of any one school, but most of us are learning
from Buddhist teachers and are practicing vipassana in some
form. Usually sit for an hour and have a practice related
discussion afterwards. One Sunday per month visiting teacher
is Thanissaro Bhikkhu, Abbot of Metta Forest Monastery in
