Retreat Policies

All fees must be paid in full, or a payment plan must be established, prior to any early registration deadlines.

Deposits are Non-Refundable and required to reserve your spot and secure any early registration prices.

If registration after early-bird deadlines is possible, higher charges may apply. In addition, travel time, date and fare may vary and would be based on availability and price at that time.

Payment Plans:
All payments must be made in full prior to the retreat registration deadline unless a payment plan has been established. All payment plans must be set up on an automatic charge from a credit or debit card. Any declined credit or debit card payments will incur a $25 fee.
All payment plans of 3 payments and/or 3 months duration will incur a one-time fee of $50. All payment plans of over 3 payments and/or longer than 3 months duration will incur a one-time fee of $100.

Travel Requirements:
Condition to Travel: You must be in a good health condition to travel. If you have any special needs or dietary allergies, you must notify us by the early registration deadline. Yoga Shakti will do our best to accommodate any special needs; however, each participant should be aware that retreats are active with yoga and other various activities. Yoga Shakti shall not be liable for any discomfort or other issue arising out of personal limitations and/or conditions. You can, of course, opt out of any of the activities offered. Each person is responsible for bringing bug repellant, sun screen, etc. to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Cancellation Policies:
Early Cancellation:
If you cancel prior to the early registration deadline your deposit will be forfeited but the balance of your fees paid will be refunded to you. If you are able to register for a different retreat with us, your deposit, less $100 for administrative costs, can be transferred to the new retreat.
Late Cancellation:
If you cancel after the early registration deadline and we cannot fill your place: You will forfeit the entire fee paid.
If you cancel after the early registration deadline and we can fill your place: You will forfeit your deposit but we will refund the balance of fees paid.
Transferring your Registration to a 3rd party: In the event that you cannot attend the retreat but know of someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your fees paid to the 3rd party with a $50 administrative fee, on condition that we are notified via email to [email protected] by both parties of this transaction. In the event that you received an early registration discount price, we will honor that price with the 3rd party.
In the event that Yoga Shakti must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all registration fees will be refunded. Yoga Shakti shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.

Release of liability:
Yoga Shakti provides a nurturing and safe environment and each participant is provided with all possible care to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. Yoga Shakti accepts no responsibility for any injuries incurred during travel to or from the retreat or during the retreat itself. Release of liability forms are to be completed and signed before departure for the retreat. Be aware that these are non-smoking events and environments.
