Gilbert Naungayan:

Gilbert is a wellness educator who teaches movement, mindfulness and meditation. He works with students to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, other human beings and all of life. He is informed by an eclectic set of influences to bring an uplifting flow balancing flexibility, mobility, strength and of course, serenity.

Level 1-2:

These classes build greater strength, flexibility, and stamina, while still providing thorough instruction and options. Students will be exposed to subtler concepts within the practice, stronger and more challenging flow sequences, and begin learning more advanced poses including basic arm balances, backbends and inversions.
