Madison Hooper:

Madison’s journey into yoga began amidst life's challenges in 2017. After yoga made such a substantial impact on her life, she became a dedicated practitioner, studying yoga philosophy & sequencing her own flows at home. Fueled by desire to share what yoga brought to her, Madison pursued teaching. Madison centers on bringing hope and strength to others, her teaching goes beyond physical postures, emphasizing an approach that nurtures awareness of the body, mind, and soul. Rooted in her own practice, she brings authenticity and dedication to her teachings. Madison serves as a guide, someone who holds space for you, so that you can awaken your inner healer & bring the practices of yoga off of the mat and into your daily life.


Level 1-2:

These classes build greater strength, flexibility, and stamina, while still providing thorough instruction and options. Students will be exposed to subtler concepts within the practice, stronger and more challenging flow sequences, and begin learning more advanced poses including basic arm balances, backbends and inversions.
