Ananda Bhai:
Passionate yoga instructor since 2015, initiated into an ancient yogic lineage by Swami Bhajanananda Saraswati in February 2016. Currently deeply immersed in the spiritual studies of Hindu philosophy, tantra, and goddess worship at the Ramakrishna Seminary of Kali Mandir. This spiritual journey informs my renowned ability to craft transformative creative flows, integrating breath-to-movement, mantras, and fluid sequences. Gentle Yoga:
Ideal for students who want minimal intensity in the practice. A slow, gentle pace allows time to learn the foundational poses, to understand modifications, and to use props to support the body. With an emphasis on linking movement with slow, rhythmic breath, this class will de-stress and rejuvenate the body while still building basic strength and flexibility in a nurturing and supportive environment.
